Hi, I'm Simone.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 20 years of experience working with adults.
I believe our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, manage difficult emotions, and respond to life’s challenges. Understanding these influences with greater curiosity and less judgment can open the door to new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

Training and experience
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California and Texas with more than 20 years of experience in private practice.
I completed advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Houston and have specialized training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) for chronic pain. My work is also informed by attachment-based approaches, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
I am a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors, the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms, Postpartum Support International, and the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies.
